The Cozy Mama ”Done Checklist”: A Peaceful End to Your Day

Mama, have you ever ended your day feeling like you didn’t do enough… even though you were busy all day long?

You’re not alone.

Between homeschooling, homemaking, business dreams, babies, and Jesus-time—it’s easy to fall into the trap of measuring your day by what’s left undone instead of everything you actually showed up for.

That’s why I created the Cozy Mama Done List. It’s a simple printable you can use each night to write down what you did in two areas:

Blog & Business and Home & Life

Then there’s space at the bottom for a cozy reflection—where you can pause, thank God, and soak in the grace that today was enough.

Why a “Done List” Instead of a To-Do List?

To-do lists are helpful, yes. But they can also leave you feeling defeated when you don’t check off every box.

Done List shifts your focus.

It reminds you that progress is still progress—even if it’s one blog post, a clean sink, or a little extra love poured into your home.

Because as Christian mamas, we’re not just building routines—we’re building lives rooted in faith, grace, and holy intention.

Some days, your work will look like content creation and scheduled posts. Other days, it’s wiping sticky faces, folding towels for the tenth time, or sitting on the floor with your babies when everything else could wait. All of it counts. Every quiet act of service—seen and unseen—is part of the story God is writing through you.

How It Helps Your Heart

The Cozy Mama Done List isn’t just a productivity tool—it’s a spiritual reset.

When you take a moment to reflect on what you’ve already done, your heart naturally slows down. It softens. It remembers that God didn’t call you to hustle yourself into the ground—He called you to walk with Him in peace.

You don’t have to strive to earn rest. Rest is a gift. And sometimes, simply writing down that you “washed the dishes, prayed for a friend, homeschooled math, and pinned one blog post” is enough to remind you that this day was full of purpose.

What You Can Use It For

This printable is flexible and simple—just two sections and a little space to reflect. Here are a few ways you can use it:

Track blog & Pinterest progress: Whether you wrote a draft or just pinned one post, it goes on the list.

Celebrate homemaking wins: Swept floors? Dinner made? You showed up—write it down.

Record answered prayers or nudges from God: Use the reflection space to write down what you heard or felt today.

Ease end-of-day anxiety: Instead of racing through bedtime with your brain spinning, give yourself a moment of peace and closure.

You can fill it out dailyweekly, or even just when your heart needs a reset. I personally love to keep mine tucked into my Bible journal and fill it out right after evening devotions.

This Is for the Mama Who…

• Feels like she’s never doing “enough”

• Struggles with overwhelm and guilt

• Wants to feel more present, peaceful, and grace-filled

• Needs a moment to breathe before sleep

If that’s you—this printable is for you. And I want you to know you’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re faithfully showing up, and that matters.

This is a gift from me to you—not because you need one more thing to do, but because you deserve to see all the beauty already blooming in your everyday life.

Let’s Give Ourselves Grace

You’re doing holy work, Mama.

You’re showing up in quiet, faithful ways that don’t always make it onto Instagram but absolutely matter. So tonight, instead of thinking about what you didn’t finish…

Write down what you did.

Smile.

Say thank you, Jesus.

And rest.

You’ve done beautifully.
