Let’s be honest—some nights just call for cheesy, creamy comfort in a bowl. That’s exactly what this Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake is all about. It’s got that bold, tangy buffalo kick balanced out by rich cream cheese, melty shredded cheese, and a cozy layer of pasta goodness. My whole crew loves this one, and it’s now a regular on our weekly dinner menu.
I originally whipped this together with what I had on hand, and it quickly became a hit. It’s hearty, satisfying, and surprisingly easy to throw together—even on busy mama days. Plus, it makes great leftovers… if there are any!
Why You’ll Love It:
- It’s creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor.
- Just spicy enough to wake up your tastebuds (but not too hot for the kids).
- Makes enough for seconds… and then some.
- It’s one of those throw-it-together meals that feels fancy but is secretly super simple.
